How do I fill out the check-ins forms?

Login to Unlock:OKR using your work email ID and credentials shared with you. You will then be redirected to your OKR dashboard.
On your dashboard, you will see a tab named Check-ins.
Clicking on the Check-ins tab will take you to a questionnaire.
Answer these questions and click on the submit button.
